The White House catches on to this secret Pentagon operation as
Adam and Connie discover the probe's true intentions: a message
of peace. The two break through their restrictive identities and childhood
traumata, finding an unexpected romantic relationship. Connie discovers her
real identity through the revelation of past events, caused by the probe's
attempts to communicate with humanity.
In a visually dazzling climax, the shell contacts an alien spacecraft that
lands on Earth and plants a seed for humanity's future by showing ancient
